My promise to you is unconditional. You will far exceed your personal expectations and accomplishments. In sport, the critical moment is everything. My No-Mind-No-Thought Eastern training methods will never let you down, and have you playing your best when it’s needed most. In the West, mindfulness is a new idea from the Ancient East, but this method of training has been fined tuned for centuries.
Over two decades I’ve spent time developing techniques and methods that will absolutely work for you. Bring me your biggest goals and you’re most frustrating obstacles. Mindfulness training can help you achieve what seems impossible or out of reach. With my unique training you will learn more about yourself and progress your career in the shortest possible period while not spoiling immediate opportunities.
WHy & how it works...
WTMT fundamentally differs from what is done in the West. It is based upon Eastern principles from many practices and applies them to the individual’s sport. The goal is conquering the critical moment, the most important moment, when winning and losing is in the balance. This is when the West’s idea of the mental game breaks down and athletes self-destruct. Performance training not directed to this moment is wasted energy.
True mindfulness is the underlying idea of all my work. My aquatic biofeedback method is the only objective method for true mindfulness: seeing one’s own thoughts, opening chi (life energy) channels, and breaking self-destructive breathing and tension habits. It builds a foundation for control and focus that will not fade under intense competition. We take this foundation and build upon it for battle.
FAQ
What is true mindfulness?
True mental strength comes from the mindful state. It’s sometimes called being in the zone, or locked in. Mindfulness is a natural mental state which is greatly enhanced by specific training methods. Modern societies corrode our natural mindfulness. It’s why in the far East the need for practices to enhance mindfulness developed. I use my natural biofeedback methods for enhancing mindfulness for use in competition.
Who is this training suitable for?
What are the benefits of mindfulness as an athlete?
The client’s new mindful skills are brought into their arena where we practice Eastern principles for competing. Principles such as beginner’s mind, no-thought, and minimum effort are applied. Self-destructive physical and mental habits are eliminated. Learning to maintain mindfulness to win the critical, pressure filled moment is emphasized.
How is traditional practices different from what you do?
My Aquatic biofeedback is all natural without any electrodes or technical apparatus. I created aquatic biofeedback to control impulses and develop awareness for solving personal issues. With many techniques, I use the water as a mirror to one’s senses, allowing adjustments in behaviors. It’s a meditative practice with profound practical applications.
